To live a good life we need to understand three key things
1. Who we are
Self-knowledge
2. Where we are going and why
Purpose
3. How are we going to get there
Strategy
To live a life that is that makes us happy and satisfied over the long term we need to work hard to understand our values, beliefs, strengths and passions.
In order to have a meaningful and fulfilled life we need to cultivate a strong sense of purpose and understand why we do what we do everyday.
To live true to who we are and to move toward fulfilling our purpose we need well-defined goals and plans to grow, develop and commit to action.
Once we understand these things, our lives are changed forever
Self-Knowledge
A richer and more social life
Only 10-15% of people are actually self-aware 1. Self-awareness makes us happier, more creative and enhances our social life by increasing empathy
Purpose
More positive emotion
Research shows that young adults who develop a sense of purpose experience greater optimism and higher levels of satisfaction later in their lives 2
Strategy
Reduced uncertainty and stress
66% of young adults don't have a clear long-term direction for their life 3. A well-articulated plan reduces stress, depression and anxiety 4
Develop an understanding of ourselves and what we can offer the world to create our own altruistic purpose
Translate this purpose into actionable steps and develop an understanding of the skills we need to make a positive impact
Learn a process for living with purpose and maximising our growth and impact along our journey
Leverage the theory that we have learnt and dive into our challenge activities, experience growth with every challenge

Better work
Building a purpose-mindset improves academic outcomes, productivity. it also makes us excited by effort, not stressed 5
Every activity, challenge, or writing exercise is based on research into the topic of Self-Transcendence
This is the new frontier in the science of human flourishing and development
Self-Transcendence
Self-Actualisation
Self-Esteem
Belonging
Safety
Psychological
Self-Transcendence is the peak of psychological development
We are all familiar with Maslow's hierarchy of needs, however, most of us are familiar with a version that is incomplete. Maslow's unpublished work stresses that Self-Actualisation is only half of what is required for a rich, meaningful life.
Self-Transcendence is state of peak experience obtained when we direct our self-actualizing efforts towards progress for the whole of humanity. This is achieved by developing an altruistic purpose that focuses on how we can uniquely serve the world.
Self-Actualisation + an altruistic purpose = Self-Transcendence
A purpose driven approach
10% of the revenue we make on this product is distributed to the groups helping those who need it most.
This way you are investing in others while investing in yourself.. a win-win right?
